手作り石けんを求めて/Seeking natural handmade soap

こんにちは。今週はカラコルも20℃になる日もあり夏日を感じられる日が少しずつ増えてきました。

さて、先日カラコルから車で1時間弱のところに位置するタスマ村というところに行ってきました。

Hello!  I went to Tasma village (Tup layon) which located from Karakol town about 1hour by car.

ここに来たのは、手作り石けんを生産しているグループの女性たちと家族に会いに来ました。

I came to meet women and their family who are making natural handmade soap in the village.

毎年春しか作れないヤギミルク石鹸を生産しています。They was making Goat milk soap that could make only spring season!

春のヤギミルク石鹸

タスマ村の石けんは生産してから1か月ほど熟成させます。The soap of Tasma village is aged for about a month after it is produced.

ヤギミルク石鹸は、ヤギの搾りたてミルク、蜂蜜、ミントのアロマオイルが入っています。

1か月熟成させた後にキレイに回りを薄く削り、パッキングをします。

Goat milk soap contains goat’s fresh milk, honey and mint aroma oil.

After aging for 1 month, we clean to cut beautifully and pack it.

熟成させてキレイにパッキングされた石けんは白くてチーズみたいです。

次は花がたくさん咲く時期に訪れたいなと思っています。

The soap packed beautifully after aging is white and it seems to be cheese.
Next time I’d like to visit there again when the flowers bloom a lot!

Natural cosmetics from Kyrgyzstan/キルギスのナチュラルコスメ♥

I would like to introduce Kyrgyzstan’s natural cosmetics, “Apricot cream” and “sea buckthorn cream”.

Tasma/タスマ村

These creams are made in Tasma village located at the east of the Lake Issyk- Kul and have the rich natural resources.

 

Sea buckthorn and apricots are very common fruits here in Kyrgyzstan.Kyrgyz people eat them raw or making jam.They are suitable not only for edibles but also for skin care.

Sea buckthorns are effective for anti-aging skin care because of their antioxidant effect and rich vitamin.

Apricots are also rich in vitamin A , E, and they keep skin from drying out.

These creams are made from sea buckthorn or apricots oil, mixed with olive oil and beeswax.

Both of them moisturize skins very well.
You can use them on your face or hands, or on your lips instead of lip cream that you usually use.

I like to apply it mixed with NIVEA cream to my body after taking a bath.

キルギスのナチュラルコスメ、アプリコットクリーム、シーバクソンクリームの紹介です。

これらは、イシククル湖の東に位置する自然豊かなタスマ村で作られています。

キルギス国内でよく見かける、シーバクソンとアプリコット。キルギス人はこれらをそのまま食べたり、ジャムにして食しています。また、これらは高い美容効果が期待できます。

シーバクソンはビタミン豊富、抗酸化作用があることで日本でもスーパーフードとして知られています。アプリコットもビタミンA、Eを豊富に含み、乾燥を防ぐ働きがあると言われています。。シーバクソンのオイルとアプリコットのオイル、それぞれにオリーブオイルや蜜ろうを加えて作った保湿効果の高いクリームです。

顔に直接保湿クリームとして塗っても良し、ハンドクリームやリップクリーム代わりに使っても良し！私のオススメはニベアクリームと混ぜて使うことです。これをお風呂上りに手や足など全身に使っています。
