このサイトはイシククルOVOP（One Village One Product:一村一品)のコンセプトを支持し、OVOPの商品をこよなく愛するファンが独自に作ったファンサイトです。運営の中心となっているのはイシククルOVOPに関わったことがある、ないしは現在も関わっているJICAボランティアです。OVOP商品をこよなく愛する人であれば、どなたでもこのサイトを一緒に作って行くことができます！
