キルギス第三の都市のカラコルはイシククル州の州都であり、イシククルOVOPオフィスが位置している町でもあります。夏場はトレッキングの拠点となり、冬はスキーやスノーボードを楽しむ観光客で賑わいます。中国系ムスリムのドゥンガン人が建設したドゥンガン風のモスクや木造の聖三位一体教会が有名です。また、カラコル近隣には、ジェティオグズ、スカスカなどのイシククル州でも有名な観光地があります。

Karakol is the regional center of Issyk-Kul state and OVOP Issyk-Kul Office is in this city. Many tourists come and go for tracking in summer and enjoy skiing and snowboarding in winter.
The dungan Mosque and wood made Orthodox church is famous and also there are popular sightseeing place such as Jeti oguz and Skazka is near Karakol.
Karakol is about 6 hours by mini bus from Bishkek.

首都ビシュケクの西バス乗り場（東バス乗り場からは出ておりませんので、ご注意ください）からKarakol 行きの乗り合いバスまたはタクシーで６時間。

2,ダストルコン(レストラン)/Dastorukon (Restaurant)
キルギスの伝統的な模様やデザインがあしらった素敵なレストラン。キルギスの伝統料理の味も抜群で、多くの観光客だけでなく、地元の人々も訪れます。
Kyrgyz traditional designed restaurant. Their Kyrgyz food are very good and not only tourists but also local people come here.
3,カラコルコーヒー(カフェ)/Karakol coffee (cafe)
カラコルの若者にも大人気のカフェ。トレッキングやハイキングに疲れたときにおいしいコーヒーはいかがでしょうか。
This cafe is popular among young people in Karakol. It is good for tourist to have good coffee after trekking or hiking.
4, カラコル歴史博物館/ Karkol Historical Museum
カラコルの歴史だけでなく、キルギスの伝統衣装、楽器、動物の剥製などが展示してあります。入場料は70ソム（2016年現在）
It displays not only History of Karakol but also Kyrgyz traditional dress, musical instruments and stuffed local animals. Entrance fee is 70som (2016)
5, パークホテル/ Park hotel
オーナーがやさしいとの評判のホテル。町の中心から離れてはいますが、とても静かな場所にあります。
The owner is really kind and advice to make trip plan.The hotel is not located city center, but it is in the really quiet area.
6, スイートハウス（ゲストハウス）/ Sweet house(guest house)
きれいなお部屋はとても快適で、おいしい朝食も人気です。共有キッチンやラウンジで旅人との交流もできます。
Sweet guest house has well-cleaned room and delicious breakfast. Shared kitchen and shared lounge are suitable for the exchanging information with other tourists.
7, マダヌル（ホテル）/ Madanur(hotel)
ビジネスでの滞在や、ファミリーでの滞在に向いているホテルです。とてもきれいなお部屋で落ち着きます。
It is suitable for business trip and family stay. Rooms are really clean and you can take a rest as long as you want!
8, Tourism Information Center(TIC)
カラコルで唯一の観光案内所。こちらに行けば、無料で旅行のアドバイスをもらえます。わからなくなったときには、TICへ！
TIC is the only information center in Karakol. You can get many advices of your travel plan free of charge! If you are lost, just go to TIC!
9, ケンチ カフェ(レストラン)/Kench cafe (restaurant)
センターからは車かミニバスでのアクセスという立地にも関わらず、多くの観光客や地元の人が訪れます。夏は野外で食べるのがおすすめです。
Though it is a bit far from city center, so many tourists and local people come and enjoy their delicious food. I recommend you to sit terrace in summer.
9, アラコル (ゲストハウス)/Alakol (guest house)
カラコルの中心街から離れたところにあるこのゲストハウスは、ゆっくりとした滞在をしたい方におすすめのゲストハウスです。
This guest house is located a bit far from city center, so it is suitable for the people who prefre to have a quiet holiday.
10,キャラバン（食糧雑貨店）／Karavan (Grocery store)
Abdrahmanov通りにあるカラコルでも随一の規模を誇る食糧雑貨店。バザールに行く時間が無い方は、是非こちらへ。
Karavan Grocery store is located in the Abdrahmanov St., and this is one of the biggest grocery store in Karakol. If you don’t have time t go to bazaar, why don’t you go there and buy groceries?
